Our qualified staff has many years of experience in helping gardeners choose the right plant for
the right spot.

One of the most commonly made mistakes is planting trees and shrubs in unsuitable locations leading to
disappointing garden performance. For instance trees with the ability to grow up to one hundred feet or more are planted under power lines or close to foundations. This may lead to power interruption in the future and the trees will lose their shape at one point due to severe pruning by hydro crews.

Foundations may crack or get damaged from the roots of trees grown too close. Trees or shrubs with vigorous
root systems are often grown on top of drains where the roots will inevitably plug up those drains leading to future flooding problems. Many times sun loving plants are grown in the shade and visa versa  leading to disappointing garden performance.

This is why it is important to come in and talk to us about your garden and we will help you choose the right plants
for the appropriate spots in your yard.
